Import Face-Off Makes Late Fall Visit to Gainesville Raceway

GAINESVILLE, Fla.—Import Face-Off will hold their annual event at Gainesville Raceway on November 3. The event was originally scheduled for February but was rescheduled due to construction at the track.

The quarter-mile drag racing event will feature a test-and-tune session and a heads-up elimination portion. The drag racing events will be limited to imports and sport compact vehicles only.

Highlighted by the number of contests, there are plenty of events to enter and opportunity to win cash and prizes. There will be car, truck, and bike shows that participants can enter for $25 ahead of time or $35 the day of the event. There will be two categories in the stereo contest including 2X DB Drag/Bass Race and 2X Lasca/Bass Boxing. If time permits, there will also be a burnout contest. Spectators can also look forward to watching the two-step and low-car limbo competitions.

Adult Spectator: $20 (Price increases to $25 on 11/3)
Children 10-and-under: Free
