GAINESVILLE RACEWAY FULL-TIME OPPORTUNITIES
The Facility & Operations Supervisor reports to the Gainesville Raceway General Manager and works alongside the Gainesville Raceway Management and Operations staff. The Facility & Operations Supervisor is responsible for the maintenance of the Gainesville Raceway facility and race operations oversight. This includes, but is not limited to, property landscaping, building maintenance, track prep, and service of race operations equipment and maintenance.
GAINESVILLE RACEWAY PART-TIME OPPORTUNITIES
The Race Operations Worker assists with critical track and event operations at Gainesville Raceway, including track preparation, staging lane management, and drag strip duties such as ready line, water box, and start line operations. This position may involve operating tractors or ATVs and plays an essential role in creating a safe, enjoyable race day experience for guests. Team members are responsible for maintaining safety protocols, communicating effectively with drivers and fans, and fostering a fun, friendly atmosphere throughout race events.
Emergency services is onsite to assist during emergencies at race events during the season (January-November). Members of the Emergency services team will be located throughout Gainesville Raceway and alongside the racetrack to respond to emergency situations via vehicle or foot. As a member of the Emergency Services Team, you will be an essential part of the guest experience. Your job will be to keep our fans, racers, and crew members safe and informed while still maintaining a fun and friendly atmosphere.
We seek security personnel to assist with monitoring points of entry at race events during the season (January-November). As a member of the Security Team, you will be an essential part of the guest experience. Security ensures that only ticketed or authorized visitors are allowed access to the property. There also is potential to be required to monitor activity throughout the property. Your job will be to keep our fans safe and informed while still maintaining a fun and friendly atmosphere.
We seek personnel to assist with selling and scanning tickets on-site at race events during the season. As a member of the Ticketing/Gate Staff Team, you will be an essential part of the guest experience. In this role, you will wear many different hats and have the potential to work in several different areas within Gainesville Raceway. You will have the opportunity to assist our guests by handling cash and processing credit card transactions, checking coolers, directing traffic and/or parking of vehicles, hand-stamping guests, and answering guest questions. Working with waivers to ensure all necessary guests (racers, crew, pit visitors) sign the appropriate documentation, as required. Your job will be to keep our fans safe and informed while still maintaining a fun and friendly atmosphere.

Gainesville Raceway offers a variety of opportunities with 501c3 organizations in exchange for guest service support during major events. Groups will work closely with our Gainesville Raceway event staff in a variety of roles, including but not limited to:

- – Gate Checking & Ticket Scanning
- – Grandstand Ushering & Assistance
- – Hospitality Check-Ins
